Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Days: Monday through Friday (no weekend shipping)
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same day
  • Holidays: No shipping on federal holidays - processing resumes next business day
  • Packaging: All items shipped in eco-friendly packaging with Vale Clothing branding
  • Insurance: All packages are automatically insured up to $500

Currently, Vale Clothing ships to:

  • All 50 United States
  • Washington D.C.
  • Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses

We do not currently ship internationally, but we're working to expand our shipping options. Please check back for updates!

Special Circumstances

  • Weather Delays: Severe weather may cause shipping delays - we'll notify you if your order is affected
  • Address Changes: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to modify shipping address
  • Missing Packages: If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 3 days
  • Damaged Items: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery for replacement
