We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Most items can be returned within our 30-day window, including:
- Hoodies and sweatshirts
- T-shirts and long-sleeve shirts
- Shorts and pants
- Jeans and denim products
- Accessories (with original packaging)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call during business hours to initiate your return. Please provide:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label within 24 hours.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly marked. Include the original receipt or packing slip if available. Attach the prepaid return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
Refund Timeframes
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item sent).
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Size Exchange Tip
Need a different size? Return your item and place a new order simultaneously to avoid stock shortages. We'll expedite processing for size-related returns.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label
- Rush a replacement item to you
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
- Cover all return shipping expenses
International Returns
International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must clear customs and arrive in original condition
- Refunds will not include original shipping costs or customs fees
- Processing may take additional 5-10 business days
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (US)
We provide prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. Simply print the label we email you and attach it to your package.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our processing center (address provided with your RMA). Do not send returns to our retail store location.
